September 2004
American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA): Northwest Regional RWH Conference

The Northwest chapter of ARCSA and Seattle Public Utilities have scheduled a one-day conference on rainwater harvesting in Seattle Sept. 23, 2004.

ARCSA and SPU expect the conference to bring together people with interest in rainwater harvesting including commercial and residential property owners and developers, architects and landscape architects, engineers, system designers and builders, government agencies and producers and sellers of various products. Design and current regulations on rainwater harvesting both for beneficial use and drainage control will be part of the program.

The conference, which will develop support for the July 2005 ARCSA National Conference also scheduled for Seattle, will be held at Seattle Center — at the foot of the Space Needle — from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 23, 2004.

This regional conference is primarily intended for participants from Washington, Oregon and British Columbia, Canada.
